I know what it’s like to be a solopreneur finding yourself getting nothing but soft leads and unsure of your direction. My work isn’t just to make pretty designs for my clients but to get them to a place of clarity about their brand and marketing messaging, to get them in front of their target audience and bring in those sales. Frequently Asked Questions

  • A logo is not a brand. It’s not even brand identity. I believe in providing real solutions. Just having a logo made for you won’t help any aspect of your business and might even confuse your audience because your branding and messaging are likely to be all over the map. So, I don’t design one-off logos.

  • The timeframe depends on the exact deliverables. Each project is different with different variables but brand design typically takes 4-5 weeks and web design typically takes 10-15 weeks. A timeline will be included in your welcome packet.

  • I sure do! A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your project spot. The remainder is split between monthly payments for the remainder of the project with full payment of any outstanding invoices required before final delivery.

  • There are many cookie-cutter branding strategies out there. You can recognize them by questions like “if your brand was an animal, what animal would it be?”. These strategies are based on grouping brands into a limited set of groups such as, your brand is fall and your brand colors are fall colors. These strategies don’t solve problems, provide clarity, or messaging. They do the opposite of make your brand stand out from the crowd.

  • Brand identity is everything that makes up the design aspect of a brand: the logo, color palette, and patterns. Branding is everything that makes your brand what it is: brand identity, mission, values, strategy, messaging, positioning, voice & tone. Branding is not marketing but it is what makes your marketing work.
